Maple digestive


  • Peel of six clementines
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • 2 cups of maple whiskey liquor «Coureur des bois»
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of vodka


  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Close and let rest in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  3. Filter the liquor and pour it into a decanter.
  4. Keep it at room temperature.
