Bourbon Maple French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of PRESTIGE bourbon-flavored maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter for cooking
  • PRESTIGE bourbon-flavored maple syrup for serving

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, PRESTIGE bourbon-flavored maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Dip the bread slices into the mixture.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the bread slices until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of PRESTIGE bourbon-flavored maple syrup.
