Maple Sugar Pie
Ingredients
6 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup of Prestige Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Whipped cream
- 1 pie shell
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook the pie shell 12 to 15 minutes or until golden then set aside
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the flour and mix vigorously
- Add maple syrup while mixing
- Add water and stir mixture over high heat until thickened
- Put the filling in the pie shell
- Cool in refrigerator and top with whipped cream
