Maple Grog

Ingredients

  • 1oz dark or spiced rum
  • 1 oz maple syrup
  • Clear juice (apple, white cranberries, maple water or milk)

Preparation

  1. Use either clear water or clear juice as a base.
  2. To heat liquids, use the steam nozzle of your espresso machine, otherwise the saucepan or microwave.
  3. Put the above ingredients in a glass.
  4. Complete with juice of your choice and heat up.
  5. Add (your choice) a cinnamon stick and an apple slice as decoration.
