Maple BBQ Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chili sauce (Heinz)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of soy sauce
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of garlic powder
- 4 salmon fillets, about 150 g each
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the chili sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Place the salmon fillets flesh-side down (skin-side up) on the hot grill.
- Cook until the salmon releases easily from the grill (about 6 minutes).
- Flip the fillets and generously brush them with the sauce.
- Turn off the heat and let the fillets cook for about 4 minutes on the still-hot grill, allowing the sauce to set and glaze onto the salmon.
- Serve with grilled vegetables and/or rice.
