Maple Peach, Halloumi and Burrata Platter

Ingredients

- 5 peaches, halved
- 4 packages (200 g each) halloumi cheese, sliced
- 5 burrata cheeses
- 5 pinches of fleur de sel
- A drizzle of maple syrup PRESTIGE
- Microgreens, to taste
- Edible flowers, to taste (optional)
- A generous amount of PRESTIGE maple flakes
- 500 ml (2 cups) unsalted mixed nuts
- Maple dry rub, to taste
- PRESTIGE maple flakes, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the smoker to 135°C (275°F) and the barbecue to medium heat, approximately 180°C (350°F).
- Coat the nuts with the maple dry rub and maple flakes, then smoke for 20 minutes, until fragrant.
- Place the peach halves and halloumi slices on the hot barbecue grill. Grill for 3 minutes per side, until nicely marked.
- Arrange the burrata cheeses on a large serving platter and season each one with a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Add the grilled peaches, halloumi and smoked nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Garnish with microgreens, edible flowers and a generous amount of maple flakes before serving.
