Maple nectar

Maple nectar

A natural sweetening agent of plant origin.

DESCRIPTION & CREATION

Our maple nectar (concentrated maple water) offers a unique sweetness while preserving the authentic character of raw maple sap. Ideal for the food and beverage processing industry, this natural sweetener is made using our innovative method: advanced filtration purifies the raw sap, and then a vacuum evaporation technology concentrates it at lower temperatures than conventional methods. This gentle concentration technique avoids caramelization, thus preserving the delicate flavor profile, nutritional integrity, and light golden color that set our concentrate apart from other sweeteners available on the market.
